Northern Seniors Scholarship Application Is CLOSED

FHN Senior Cheerleaders thank you for applying we will announce our scholarship winner at the NorthStar competition on 2/4/2023 after Round 3. 

The FHN Jr. Huskies Cheerleading Senior Scholarship was created to acknowledge the dedication, hard work, and spirit, our Senior athletes display – both in the sport and in the classroom. Their sense of integrity, pride, enthusiasm, discipline, tradition, honor, and commitment is to be recognized and encouraged through this award.

The Annual $1,000.00 FHN Jr. Huskies Cheerleading Senior Scholarship is awarded once a year at the NorthStar Competitive Invitational in February at FHN High School.

Criteria for appliction includes: Applicant has given to the Jr. Huskies Cheerleading program by volunteering their time, talents and skills as a senior coach/mentor, is currently a FHN senior cheerleader, submits an essay on “What does the Forest Hills cheer family mean to you, what has it taught you, and how do you believe your experiences will help you in your future? ,” grade point average, attendance at practice and games. Applicant or recipient is not eligible if they have a parent or family member on the FHN Jr. Huskies Board.

The scholarship is paid directly to the school, college or university of the winners choice for tuition and expenses.
